Farm Work in Japan
Experience authentic rural life while earning money on farms across Japan. Work full-time (about 48 hours per week) planting, harvesting, and helping with daily farm tasks. Wages range from ¥690–¥1,500/hour, with meals and accommodation provided at a low cost deducted from your pay.
Basic Japanese conversational skills are required, but beginners can take a 4-week language course in Tokyo before starting. You’ll receive full support, including interview preparation and up to three guaranteed interviews—almost all participants secure a placement.
Hospitality Jobs in Japan
Work in Japan’s top hotels, resorts, and restaurants while immersing yourself in local culture. Seasonal jobs at ski resorts in Hokkaido, Iwate, and Niigata run from November to March, while summer roles last from April to October. Other hospitality positions are available year-round.
Earn ¥800–¥1,200/hour for around 40 hours per week, with subsidized housing and meals—often including shared or dorm-style accommodation and perks like free ski passes.
Most roles require basic Japanese conversation skills, but beginners can prepare through an 8-week language course in Tokyo. You’ll receive full interview preparation and support, with a guaranteed job placement upon booking.

Childcare Jobs in Japan
Work in kindergartens, after-school programs, and childcare centres across the Greater Tokyo Area as an English-speaking assistant. Help local staff with play-based activities, daily routines, and ensuring a safe and caring environment. Children learn English naturally through interaction and games.
You’ll work 20–30 hours per week, earning ¥1,160–¥1,300/hour (minus taxes). Japanese isn’t required, but you should learn Hiragana to read children’s names. Accommodation is arranged within commuting distance, with transport costs of about ¥9,000–¥13,000/month.
Applicants should present a neat, professional appearance (no visible tattoos or piercings). Minimum commitment: 6 months.
