Working Holiday in Australia
Working Holiday Jobs for Canadians
A Working Holiday in Australia is one of the most popular and flexible ways for young Canadians to live abroad, earn money, and explore the country. With a Working Holiday visa, you can work legally across Australia while travelling — gaining international experience in the hospitality and tourism sector.
Through Languages Canada, a government-recognized organization under International Experience Canada (IEC), Canadians aged 18–35 can access supported hospitality job opportunities across Australia, with guidance before departure and support upon arrival. With a Working Holiday in Australia, you can:
- Arrive with a job already lined up
- Earn competitive wages while travelling
- Gain international hospitality experience
- Live and work in iconic destinations across the country
- Enjoy flexibility with part-time or full-time hours
- Explore Australia before, during, or after your placement
